SHIPPING POLICY
Orders within the United States:
- All orders ship free of charge.
International Orders:
- Orders under $70: $10 shipping fee.
- Orders over $70: Free shipping.
International Orders:

Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
- For U.S. orders, shipping takes up to 5 business days.
- For international orders, shipping takes up to 7 business days.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Additional Information:
- Shipping delays may occur during periods of high order volume, particularly during the holiday season (November - December).
- For international orders, taxes, import duties, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before making a purchase.

RETURNS
At Promise Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our Customer Care Service at info@promise-cosmetics.com.
Return Guidelines:
- Products must be at least 50% intact and returned in their original packaging.
- You can return items up to 90 days from the date we shipped your order.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Additional Support for Returns:
- If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, contact our Customer Care Service. We will send the correct item at no additional shipping cost.
- We cover the return shipping costs, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
- Each customer has the right to return one item of each SKU.
Please Note:
- Promise reserves the right to deny a refund for any reason. Common reasons for denied returns include products returned more than 70% used or returns initiated after 40 days from shipment.
