- Orders are fulfilled and shipped during business days (excluding Holidays and weekends). Order usually shipped out within 2 business days.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email- this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you
to track your package.
- We do not normally accept order cancelations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order please contact Promise customer care service via email [email@example.com] and quote you order number.
- Orders under 2Kg will be shipped via Post NL.
- Orders over 2Kg will be shipped via Post NL parcel service.
- International orders are dependent on the shipping carrier, but they will normally arrive between the business days listed in the table above (may not include weekend and holidays).
*Shipping delay may occur during times of high order volume, especially during the holiday season (November- December)
**For international orders, taxes, import duties, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to buying any products.

Returned items need to be at least 70% intact and returned in their original packaging. Items can be returned up to 40 days after the date we shipped your order.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
- If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact our Customer Care Service and we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
- Once receiving your item return authorization by our Customer Care Service, you may send the item to the location given to you by Customer Care. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products. We recommend sending returns through an insurable, traceable service as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
- Promise reserves the right to deny a refund to a customer for any reason. The most common reasons for a denied return would include the return of less than 70% empty products or returns requested after 40 days.
